Provide rehabilitation therapy support in cases of acute and chronic illnesses, fractures, sports injuries, etc.

The primary aim is to assist patients or elderly individuals with physiological, psychological, learning, or other impairments, as well as those experiencing age-related decline in physical function. Are there any subsidy programs available?
CARE U collaborates with the Social Welfare Department to provide subsidized home care services for eligible elderly individuals, including cognitive training, physical therapy, discharge support, and more. For details, please refer to
the Community Care Service Voucher (CCSV) Scheme for the Elderly.
Is there a minimum service hour requirement?
CARE U’s home care services start from one hour. Our care worker will recommend a suitable service duration based on your needs and requests for your reference.
Is a deposit required for booking services?
CARE U’s home care services operate without any upfront deposits. Payment is due upon completion of the service.
Is there an additional charge for last-minute appointment cancellations?
If you cancel your appointment at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time, no fees will be charged. However, if you cancel within 4 hours of the scheduled start time, a “visit” fee will apply.
Is there an additional charge for using the service on holidays or public holidays?
Except for special holidays, where double service fees apply, there are no additional charges on other days.
