1.Please sent the application from with crossed cheque, payable to “CARE U Professional Nursing Services Limited” (not accept foreign cheques) and write the name and contact number of the trainee on the back of the cheque. A separate cheque should be issued for each course.
2.The cheque will be intercepted seven days before the start of the class.
