Customer Service Contact
Within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry, a customer service from CARE U will contact you to better understand your needs in detail. They will provide you with the most appropriate service options based on your situation and requirements.
Fill out Service Reservation Form
After you confirm the service details, customer service of CARE U will send you service reservation information for your confirmation. CARE U does not collect any deposits.
Matching with Dedicated Service Personnel
CARE U will match you with suitable service personnel. Once you confirm the service and fees, we will reserve dedicated service personnel to serve you.
Completion of Service and Payment
Upon successful matching and completion of the service, CARE U will issue bills for payment on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month.

What tools and supplies should be provided to home care assistants?
For general daily household cleaning, the following cleaning tools and supplies are needed:

The scope of additional charges includes what and how much are the prices?
It includes ironing clothes, hand washing clothes, cleaning ceilings or indoor windows, and cleaning the surface of exhaust fans or exhaust hoods. Additional charges range from $20 to $25 per hour, calculated based on the total duration of service on the day of service.

Remote areas include Aberdeen, Outlying Islands, Mid-Levels, Sai Kung, Ma Wan.
Non-railway line areas: Over 15 minutes of walking time according to Google Maps.

What are the special hours?
Special hours are before 9 a.m. or after 5 p.m. in the afternoon.
