Personal Care Worker

Escorting elderly individuals for medical appointments or consultations, communicating with medical personnel and caregivers regarding the elderly person's condition. Within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry, a customer service from CARE U will contact you to better understand your needs in detail. They will provide you with the most appropriate service options based on your situation and requirements.

After you confirm the service details, customer service of CARE U will send you service reservation information for your confirmation. CARE U does not collect any deposits.

Matching with Dedicated Service Personnel

CARE U will match you with suitable service personnel. Once you confirm the service and fees, we will reserve dedicated service personnel to serve you.

Completion of Service and Payment

Upon successful matching and completion of the service, CARE U will issue bills for payment on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month.

The fee for home care services for the elderly is typically charged on an hourly basis. This may include additional charges for nightshift or public holidays, and the price also depends on the qualifications of the required care worker. Learn more.

We suggest making an initial selection based on the services outlined above. For example, consider whether the elderly individual requires wound care by a professional health worker, whether nasogastric tube feeding is needed, the extent of limitations in personal activities, and the level of self-care ability. Elderly care services are typically charged on an hourly basis, starting from a minimum of 2 hours. The scheduling of services usually accommodates the departure time of family members or caregivers from home or the need to arrange services. Generally, daytime elderly healthcare personnel do not provide overnight or live-in services. Elderly care services are mostly available from around 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. However, CARE U services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we are ready to assist you in arranging services at any time.
If you are using elderly care services, to ensure the safety of the elderly, healthcare personnel will not provide additional cleaning services, purchase groceries and supplies, or cook for individuals other than the elderly or patients receiving services. If needed, we suggest you consider using domestic helper services separately.
We recommend contacting us as early as possible and providing information about the patient’s or elderly person’s condition, physical health, support needs, and preferences so that we can arrange the most comprehensive and caring nursing plan for you.
