Registration and Interview via CARE U Customer Service Team
Please bring along all documents required and register at our Office. An interview will be conducted by our Customer Service Team.
Documents required for registration
- Original copy of related training certificate (Certificate of Registration and Practicing certificate in effective should be provided by Registered nurses and Enrolled nurses)
- Hong Kong Identity Card
- Address Proof which should not be older than 3 months
- Bank account for your Service Fee (ex. bank book or bank card)
- Two pieces of passport photograph
- Body Check Report
- Admin Fee $100
